Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. PASS Plus subscriptions

PASS Plus is planned as a recurring team subscription at £2.99 per month or £29.99 per year. New customer purchasing is not currently enabled.

2. Cancellation

When purchasing opens, the primary cancellation route will be Paddle's buyer/customer billing portal or the billing-management route linked from PASS. Cancellation will stop future renewal and normally take effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

After Plus ends, the team returns to PASS Free. Existing reflection records are not removed merely because the paid entitlement ends.

3. Refunds and statutory rights

When purchasing opens, refund requests and transaction-side administration will be handled through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights that apply to a buyer.

4. Checkout status

New PASS Plus purchasing is currently disabled while the remaining paid-launch checks are completed. No new customer payment should be started through PASS until checkout is explicitly enabled in a separately approved release.
